ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The hotels are located in Düsseldorf District 1.

Both Düsseldorf Airport and the main train station offer good public transport links to the hotels. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a taxi at your own expense.

If you are travelling by car, you can park at the hotel. Information about parking can be found in the hotels section. Parking fees are the responsibility of the individual.

Please note: This year, guests are accommodated in two different hotels. Make sure to go to the hotel assigned to you.

ACCOMMODATION

This year, we are staying in two different hotels. Both are within walking distance of each other. You should have received an email telling you which hotel you will be staying at.

Please make sure you check in at the correct hotel.

The conference and accreditation, where you can collect your name badge and find out all the necessary information, is taking place at the Hilton Hotel.

Hotel Check-In on 2nd September 2026: Please Check-In at the front desk. Starting at 3:00 pm.

Hotel Check-In on 3rd September 2026: Please Check-In at the front desk right after the conference.

Parking information: There is parking available in the underground garage, as well as in front of and to the side of the building. All parking spaces are accessible via Georg-Glock-Straße.
The daily parking fee is €28.00. Payment can be made at the front desk.

Please note: Parking fees are the responsibility of the individual.

Shuttle information: The shuttle stop is located directly outside the main entrance.

Hotel Check-In on 3rd September 2026: Please Check-In at the front desk right after the conference.

Parking information: The car park is located to the left of the hotel. The daily parking fee is €24.00. Payment can be made at the front desk.

Please note: Parking fees are the responsibility of the individual.

Shuttle information: The shuttle stop is located at the public transport stop on the right when exiting the main entrance.

Dresscode: Business casual

Accreditation: The accreditation desk opens at 8:00 am, where you can collect your name badge and get all important information. The desk is located at the entrance to the plenary room Rheinlandsaal.

Conference opening: The conference begins at 09:30 am. Please ensure you arrive on time.

Ending: The conference will end at around 04.45 pm.

Additional information: The hotel has a room where you can leave your luggage. You can drop your bags off with us during accreditation and collect it again after the conference.

SPEIRA AWARDS

We can't wait to surprise you with the evening venue! We'll reveal the location during the conference.

Dresscode: Business / Evening Chic – we invite you to dress elegantly for the occasion while ensuring you’ll be comfortable on the dance floor later in the evening.

Shuttle departure: Shuttle buses to the event venue will depart at 06:00 pm. Please ensure you are on time. The welcome reception starts at 6.30 pm.

Parking information: If you are planning to drive to the venue yourself, we will share the address with you during the conference. There is a large free car park at the venue.

Shuttle back to the hotels: There are different shuttle departure times during and after the event. Please ensure you are on time.

Departure times: 11:00 pm, 12:00 am, 01:00 am, 02:00 am (last shuttle)

Please note: All shuttle buses stop at both hotels.

Additional information: During the get-together, you will draw a number placing you at a selected table for the Speira Awards 2026. If you have indicated any eating habits during your registration, please let the service staff know once you’re seated. If you encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to the team from our event agency, fünfdrei.

Walking through Düsseldorf's Old Town for an hour will give you a deep insight into the city's character.

WEATHER

While we can influence many things, unfortunately, the weather isn’t one of them. Please remember to bring weatherproof clothing and an umbrella.
