It's almost time! We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the Inspeiration Summit 2026.

Below, you find most important information as well as the agenda for this year's summit.

Please note that there are a few sections below that require your input. We kindly ask you to provide your feedback by August 18, 2026.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The hotels are located in Düsseldorf’s District 1.

Both Düsseldorf Airport and the main train station are well connected to the hotels by public transportation. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. Alternatively, you may take a taxi at your own expense.

Please note: This year, guests will be accommodated in two different hotels. Information about your assigned hotel will be shared with you shortly. Please make sure to check in at your designated hotel. The two hotels are within walking distance of each other.

Dress code: Business casual

Check-in: Check-in opens at 8:00 AM. To ensure a smooth and timely start, please arrive at the Hilton by 9:00 AM at the latest.

Conference opening: The conference begins at 9:30 AM. Please make sure to arrive on time.

End: 4:15 PM

As last year, the afternoon sessions will be more flexible, allowing you to create your own agenda based on your interests.

You can choose two sessions that interest you. Below, you'll find an overview of the topics covered in each session.

There are two session rounds, and you may attend one session per round.

Please note:

  • The workshop "Agile Leadership in Uncertainty" runs across both session rounds.

  • Places in each session are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

WORKSHOP SELECTION

SPEIRA AWARDS

We’re looking forward to surprising you with the evening venue!

If you plan to drive to the venue yourself, we’ll share the address with you on the day of the event. The venue is located in Düsseldorf’s District 9.

Dress code: Business / Evening Chic – we invite you to dress elegantly for the occasion while ensuring you’ll be comfortable on the dance floor later in the evening.

Departure: The shuttle buses to the event venue will depart at 6:00 PM. Please make sure to be on time. The Welcome Reception begins at 6:30 PM.

Additional information: During the Welcome Reception, you will draw a table number that will assign you to your table for the Speira Awards 2026. If you indicated any dietary requirements during registration, please let the service staff know once you are seated. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, feel free to reach out to the team from our event agency, fünfdrei.

INSPEIRATION AFTERGLOW

This year, the awards ceremony will be followed directly by the party.

From 11:00 PM onwards, shuttle buses will run regularly between the venue and the hotels. The final shuttle will depart at 2:00 AM, at the end of the party.

WEATHER

Please note: While we can influence many things, unfortunately, the weather isn’t one of them. Please remember to bring weatherproof clothing and an umbrella.
